As an elite athlete, I learned the power of mindset and importance of having a mental edge. When you feel like you have nothing left, you feel stuck or you feel like giving up, your mental edge is your ability to find that extra gear needed to keep going again and again.​

I made a bold, scary choice to leave my secure job (where I was happy) as an orthopedic physician assistant where I started making 6-figures in my early 20s to start my own business so that I could live my dream life by my design.
